Years back, I learned about the opportunity to attend a class to improve my familiarity with work jargon, market and industry prerequisites, where to apply for opportunities, adjusting my resume, and how to pass an interview.
I contacted the organization, and I was able to land my first job. Yay!
The instructor was helpful, and he coached us through human lived experiences and true lively situations.
He mentioned something about one of the jobs he applied for and how he was able to land this impossible unattainbale job offer unexpectedly.
He said the hiring institution reached out to him after he applied and informed him politely that they hadn’t moved on with his application. They sent him the big “THANK YOU” letter we all knew😌…
He reached out with a “THANK YOU” email and asked to be included in similar further opportunities.
A few months later, as he was subscribed to the institution’s newsletter, he learned about a similar opportunity, applied, and boom. He got the job offer!
Ever since I heard that story told by my instructor, I go by the magic word “Thank you!” And guess what? It has been helpful.
Through the years of a very bumpy road, with mixed victories embedded in many, many unsuccessful deals, disagreements, and miscommunications, I learned to stay grateful and always say “Thank you!” No matter how good or bad the experience or experiment was.
Thanks to all my brilliant coaches, instructors, and work partners-all of them🙏
“Thank you” is a magical word. It soothes your heart, it dissolves the issues, or at the very least, it saves you regrets, and it will definitely protect you from painful resentments.
So, no matter how you woke up today, remember that
💙💙Your soul is so precious, you deserve better! Always!💙💙
P.s. If you find something that has benefited you, inspired you, or helped you here or anywhere else, stay grateful and pay the due thanks💙🦋
