Have you guys checked the Bothell Community Art Tapestry at Bothell City Hall yet?
If you haven’t, please do before it’s gone.
Go check it out and take some beautiful and memorable selfies.
Let’s pause the good moments!
I heard one of my favorite authors (Brené Brown) once said that her daughter is used to shutting her eyes for a few minutes when they go out hiking. When the author asked her daughter why she was doing so, her daughter said, “I’m trying to save the good memory in my head. I want the moment to be depicted as unforgettable, so if I go through some tough times, I bring the good memory back and change my mode.”
And once I heard this brain trick, I keep saving good memories in every way possible.
I encourage you to do so. Go artistic. Go creative and fun, and make art.
Your art, your mark.
Also, stay tuned for the upcoming collective group art shows and solo art galleries happening and starting this January!
And keep an eye out for upcoming grant program opportunities.
I appreciate the empowering wise leadership and the committed, collaborative staff at City of Bothell Government that embraces talents from all walks of life and supports creative ideas from all backgrounds and perspectives!
Bothell Rocks!
P.S: The hand with pink and blue doodles with the word (Peace) next to it is mine.
